I haven’t been on LJ’s too much lately but I still stop by once in awhile, mostly due to my old computer was running out of gas, or ram, as my son would say. I still see a great change in the old LJ’s and the new. We may have lost a little bit of the old family closeness, but I still see it in some of the new members, that is encouraging. It’s still the best site on the net and as long as we are to remain a good family and help, honor and respect one another I’ll always come back. I’ve got a new computer so that should help some. I got on Skype the other day and was able to say hi to my old buddy, Dick Cain, it was great. So Happy Thanksgiving friends and may God Bless all of you. mike

Mike – Gobble, Gobble to you and all on LJ. My bird is due to come out pretty soon.

For those of you not into US traditions, best wishes for each of you to share some time with friends and family to reflect on the good things from the past year.

Steve.

Thanks Mike, & we hope you had a terrific day + many more like it.

I also enjoyed seeing you on Skype. It sure beat the way your old PC worked.

I think yours worked even better than mine.

Barb & I just watched the Packers beat your team. (If that’s your team.)

We’ve given up on our Vikings, so now we’ll be following our neighbors, the Packers.

Happy Thanksgiving Mike. LJ’s is made from people like you.

Dick, I remember the days before the Vikings, and we all watched the Packers, back when I, and you, were in school…......actually, you were probably out of high school, and I was entering Junior High. Do you remember the quarterback Tobin Rote?

Glad to hear you and your family are doing well. I’ve been busy taking care of mine. Mom finally came home from her episode of 198 days of hospitals and nursing homes and we had a nice Thanksgiving dinner as a re-united family.
