So where have I been, right here in Laingsburg, MI. doing no thing. Had a yard sale, or my wife and family did a couple weekends ago, now that is something I have never been a part of, nor do I usually visit them because as most of you old timers know, after seeing shots of my shop, I have all the yard sale items a man desires. However being a good sport, and considering I had 3 scrollsaws, 4 lathes, 2 garage door openers, 3 bandsaws, 2 tablesaws,
and countless other junk, I decided to make myself some room in my garage. Firmly demanding that anything left over after the sale would be taken back home to the original owners own residence, AMEN. It’s been 2 weeks now and afer much howling, threatening court action, or violence, my dear loved ones are coming today to clean out my garage. And there will again be peace and harmony in my family once more. Oh the reason I have’nt been writting any thing. I smashed the middle finger on my left hand fixing up one of the old lathes for the sale, and it takes me too long to hunt and peck. By the way, the only thing I did’nt get rid of out of that sale, was that dad blamed old lathe. However, we did make a couple bucks so what the heck. Deb, Doug, Mark thanks for those nice comments on my daughters hope chest, which incidently I finished up, just before the sale, it was supposed to have been her birthday present for last year. Talk about procrastanation.” I love you guys,” say it like eric cartman, jockmike2

Glad you’re back, Mike. 4 lathes! Wow! I think with your equipment list, you could do a “Lumberjocks 12 days of Christmas” song!

I don’t know if I could go as long as you without making saw dust. I wonder what the shipping would cost to have that lathe sent to California? I’ve been threatening to get one. We’ll be looking for your next project…

Nice to see you back. I know about that procrastination thing. My big problem is starting projects before the previous one is done. I’ve got several (5 or 6) in progress projects in my shop right now.

Thanks for giving me a great big grin in my night-time ramblings, Mike. The vision of you talking like Cartman is the pinnacle of my weekend. Take care, you’re in my prayers.
