Ouch! That Smarts, I mean it still Smarts!!!! Even though I had surgery on Monday, my fingers still hurts like helk. Surgery was successful, they had a hard time waking me up, I have sleep apnea, so they were shaking me and hollering at me to wake up every 5 minutes. So I was in Post Op a little longer than normal but thats OK. I eventually got home and had some coffee and I was good to go. Today I get to see the Dr’s handywork, I have not seen my hand since my wife changed the dressing on Sunday evening. So I’m a little apprehensive, but I want to get it done and over and move on. I have therapy on Thursday. That’ll seperate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak! Thanks again to everyone for your positive support,it meant a lot to me. I mean it means a lot to me. God Bless you all. mike

It’s nice to hear from you Mike.

We hope everything heals up fast, so you can get on with your woodworking, & lumberjocking.

Sharon. Was that the problem he was on a horse while he was sawing. I didn’t know that.

Mike when did you ever see the Lone Ranger at a gallop trying to shove a board across a spinning saw blade. Ye’ll have to have Thos Angle post some pictures. I mean his hand is healing up enough to push a board. Since he has to hold some reins.

Mike our prayers are with you. Take care son.

Good news Mike.

Did you get a left handed coffee mug? Don’t want the sayings or logos pointing the wrong way.

Good luck with the healing. I had my own experience with general anaesthesia – when I had my wisdom teeth out. It took me longer to recover from the drug than from the actual surgery.

was wondering about about ya Mike. In fact, I’m thinking about your fingers every time I use the table saw.

Glad you gave us an update.

Mike, it’s good to hear everything is going well. Having had my right index finger re-attached while I was in the Navy I can appreciate some of what you are going through.
