Wood species for rod exposed to dry heat - 4 replies Thank you for your time,I have been asked to mill up what amounts to a few clothes rods for a family member. The rods will be about 5/8” by 1 3/8” by 7’ and suspended from the ceiling. This is no problem, but when he mentioned that it would be located just in front of his wood burning stove to dry clothes on, I got to thinking... |
