My tools #1: My Craftsman Electronic 10" contractor series Table Saw

Thanks everyone for the welcome. It’s certainly motivating to have somewhere to ask my newbie questions. Why, just yesterday I was looking at my table saw and wondering what the heck to do with it!
Today the missing parts are on their way, I’ve changed the blade of my circular saw, burned some mdf with it, and put the right bit size on my router. I even managed to cut some crooked dados with it. :-) Better to make mistakes than to stare at the tools.
Tomorrow I hope to make some headway on fixing my slowly turning Rockwell/Delta 4” joiner. Isn’t it supposed to average a couple thousand rotations per minute? I think it’s currently averaging a couple thousand per HOUR. Ugh.
