Workshop Information

Location
United States
I have retired now and moved from my house in the Seattle area to a house in Spokane. Spokane is a much smaller community. My house is a bit bigger and my shop is in the process of being finished.
I will post some pictures or the new place when I can get them.

I have posted a picture of the new place. I was still working off of my portable work benches.
I had to build an island for the wife that is now installed. Now that that is done I am working on an out-feed/router table.

Update, I got my picture to orientate correctly. So, now you have a picture to look at without having to crank your neck around.

More later…

I am also looking forward to seeing pictures of your shop. Tours of other shops are always welcome.

Good idea on the cars. I tried for a long time to keep both a garage and a shop. Eventually I just gave up and let my truck sit outside. Besides making my shop more efficient it also gave me more room for tools!

Mel, you have a good looking shop to play in. It looks like you have organized it well and you have put together a nice collection. A lathe is high on my wish list as I can see that I am missing out on a lot of fun by not having one in my shop.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed taking a tour of your shop.

If I did turning for a living I would be buying a better one than the Grizz, but it does a decent job on the small stuff.

Hey, nothing wrong with that Grizzley…sure beats the tin Sears lathe I started with! And that's a cool bandsaw. Nice bench and workspace layout. Thanks for the visit.
