Just started woodworking this spring in my grandfather's woodshop. He learned from his grandfather and now he is teaching me. I find it fun to create things out of wood.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

You asked about the Stickley Sofa…
I have an upholstery person who made all the cushions. THe seats are spring cushions, and the bolsters and backs are all foam filled. It was about $350 worth of very expensive vynil, and about $900 for the labor. About 7 years.

Thank you. Hopefully I can find a cheaper solution.

Have your say...
