Hi Everyone,

Here is my exiting news about making my first table saw cross cut sled, i ordered some parts it will take week so couldn’t wait to design the sled, i will wait until i had all the parts for to check more detailed measurements for drilling holes for miter gauge bar, bar is aluminium and has counter sink holes, I am thinking to make this light and very smooth sliding, cutting capacity 3” height 18” lenght x 22” wide, estimated thickness of sawing 1/16”
just my nickel,,,
