Bracelets ( and stuff!)

These are a few bracelets I made for practice.
I made the fruit bowl from an ash blank I found, and the apples and pears were made from scrap!
I turned the natural edge bowl from a split branch, you can probably see there is two circles in it.
But the split is nice.
Hope you enjoy!

The corks are portugese, (free!)
The honeydippers are also from scrap, but I find them very popular!
The salad bowls are made from ash, and the ceiling of my sunroom is there, ‘cos I finished it at last!
But still no sun! Perhaps it doesn’t work!

After a year it was about time!
The photos were taken at night, I hope you will forgive me.
The wife made me take in the plants (say pretty please!), and this is summer, so it explains why the tomato plants are in there!

I need more room!
This is a nine by sixteen shed, and I need a bigger shed! This is planned for this year, so watch this space!
I’ve just come back from Portugal, We were there for three months.
I don’t like the winter!
We were ready to come back home, and then the volcano exploded! The ash kept us in Portugal for another six days!
The candlesticks are made from oak, and the bowls are apple and sycamore. The bowl is sycamore with a hazel lid.
I cut the bowls wet last year, and left them to dry over the winter. All local woods!
See ya later!

I insulated the floor and laid the floor.
Still no sun!
Then I built the walls with 6” X 2” and insulated them with glass fibre insulation.
Still no sun!
I built the roof, and insulated the roof with poly.
Still no sun!
I put in the double – glazed windows, and put on the weather proof boards.
Still no sun!
Here’s hoping that the sun will come out next year!
