no previous part Part 1 of the son's bookshelf series Part 2: the fast and furious »

I was getting ready to start a project for my daughter when I walked into my son’s room seeing what is best described as an explosion of collected boy stuff, models, books and misc stuff that I have no idea why he has kept. So I am building this shelf to help contain the mess and calm the wife. I is 4’ tall 2’ wide and 1’ deep with 2 shelves the last 2’ do not have a shelf so he can keep a tote there. Hopefully that can lead to a box project.

“to help contain the mess”
I give it 15 minutes after it is first loaded up…but the work looks good, and if it makes the wife happy and the boy smile…mission accomplished.
