For the few people who have looked at my projects this will make perfect sense everyone else will just have no back story. I have started to work on the turtle step stool to replace the first project out of the workshop that well was fun to make but not wide enough and my daughters kept falling on their rumps.

the plan came from a book that I ordered a few months ago and while I stayed close to the curves and look of the stool my wife wanted it up scaled and I did my own design on the legs and head.

I decided to cover the stool in fabric and use foam here is just a test to see if I liked it, the wood will be stained green of course. I had a tail cut but did not like it so I scraped it and will redo one in the next few days. I need to sand and touch up some areas as well it is not as I want it and then hopefully I will stain this weekend.

Looks like a fun replacement. Look forward to seeing it done.
