My $.22 faceplate

I use face plates and sacrificial stock for segmented rings. I hot melt glue rings to true up the surfaces and afterwards to center/mount/glue rings together. I also use face plates for heavy blanks and half logs. When prepping all the rings at the same time it uses too many face plates or I run out of them. I fell in love with the idea of face plate rings found for Nova chucks (very pricey), priced a similar unit to be made at a machine shop and the price was more than Nova charged.
