I apologize to you Poopiekat, but not without explanation and to qualify my reason for the apology and to quantify my retaliatory response. Poopiekat blocked me,the very person who said he would block no one for any reason, and after you wanted the ability to know who blocked whom, why, because it would be to your advantage? So Poopiekat, accept my apology or not, I crossed the line that Lumberjocks drew in the sand, and abused the rules of posting, (not that you havn’t) much to your chagrin. Much against my character. You seem to have the ability to raise the ire in anyone.
Poopiekat (silly name), I like your writing and ideas, (except your first lathe post was a streatch) I don’t like being blocked when you can’t take my retaliatory remarks after you have insulted me to the n’th degree.You sure can dish it out, but you can’t take it. I don’t turn the other cheek easily. I should say here I have never PM’d you either. I probably would have been much more relentless. Further we all know you are a troll, I investigated trolls and found out I don’t like trolls. Again, furthermore, they don’t have the common courtesy to use their own name, and feel comfortable hiding behind a “nom de plume”, making it easy to say what they feel like saying, be it true or fiction, without fear of reprisal. Our local newspaper has the right attitude and does not permit submissions without a REAL name.I have no respect for trolls their credability is grossly compromised, and their points of view are clouded with exaggeration and innuendo.
When I entered into my tirade of retaliation, I thought you were enjoying the response, and were attracting what you posted the the subject for. I pictured you laughing at my remarks and trying to do one better with your response to me, I guess not. My investigation led me to believe as a troll this is what you like to do. I have read some of your postings in newspapers and deem them to be none of your business unless you use your real name. Heaven forbid your name is actually Poopiekat. I also notice a surge in postings by you to try to temper nice postings with postings that have offended many. I guess I’m the only one stupid enough to express my displeasure by catering and falling into your trap of wanton remarks, that are meaningless to this site. I have learned a huge lesson.
Now Poopiekat this is not a request to be taken off your block list, in fact I would be annoyed if you did, I prefer to remain on the list to avoid further confrontations. I will never block you.I just wish you would use your writing prowess to make a difference, both to Lumberjocks, and this great Country of Canada. Don’t provoke malice, there is enough now. We all know you have the ability to make a difference but you chose to take the high road. Your banter with Shaynelle last August was indicative of your work. You must be proud.
I know this posting will only last until someone complains about it. should it mean that I can no longer be a Lumberjock, then so be it. I have enjoyed the site immensely, and will bid goodbye with a heavy heart.
