consumables in the shop - 18 replies
As I was working in the shop today I started thinking about the consumables I often use. I think besides the usual glue, screws, and nails, I use wax paper and painters tape the most. What does everyone else use a lot of?

Unifence question - 4 replies
I recently got a delta tablesaw with an out feed table and unifence. I would like to put a router in the out feed table. is turning the fence from one side of the mount to the other the easiest way to use it for the router or is there another way? Any input will be appreciated.

Cutting board finishing? - 7 replies
My son and I are finishing our first ever cutting boards for Christmas and are ready to put finish on them. My question is does everyone soak them in mineral oil, or rub it it? How long does this take? The boards we made are 14×18 and made of mostly maple with accents of cherry and walnut.

I just got 200 board feet of lumber milled and picked it up yesterday. Being new to drying lumber I am looking for any imput. It will be stored in an old out building with a concrete floor.
