Miniature Router Table

I had to roundover the edges of some small work-pieces. I have a router table, but the Craftsman router that goes with it needs some work before I can use it safely. So, I used a scrap piece of melamine and threw together this mini router table. Thought it might help someone else in a similar situation, so I made a video.

Nice video. To the point.
I use one of these with a trim router. I like using a fence. Same idea as yours.
Keep thinking….........................

Thanks for the comments!

Redryder: that’s pretty cool. I didn’t know they had this. Yes, same concept. I’ll probably add a fence or rebuild mine.

If there’s a will, there’s a way. Simple and gets the job done.

This reminds me of an idea I had for my router. My homemade base plate is 8×12 inches. I’ve often thought that if I could support the router and add a fence, then it could serve as a mini router.
