You need hard wood to make good smoke

Maybe a bit off for the LJ blog but you need wood, that is for sure. I made the SMOKER TRACTOR a few years ago and just made the video. I save all my special woods in 5 gallon buckets labeled with the type. Experimenting with wood types is half the fun. Comments?

Wow Doug, the perfect smoker for just outside the workshop.

Do you ever hook a trailer up to it and give kids a ride at your

camp ground with it? They’d love that!!!

That is cool. I bet it took some figuring to come up with that drive mechanism.

But can you plow the back 40 with it?

Doug, love the video….great innovation! Only thing you forgot was to add a coffeemaker to the hot water system so it can make coffee for you….lol. I have seen some strange bar b que conversions (I have a friend that has a motorcycle with side car conversion), but yours is by far the most peculiar and the most interesting. Thank you for sharing it with us…and keep on smoking…Also, I wish I had some of those ribs on hand…I can almost smell them from the video.
