Location: Missoula Montana

I live in western Montana since moving from Boise Idaho a little over a year ago. I love to do woodworking as well as hunt, fish, and trap. By being out in the mountains all of the time I find some neat wood which I try to turn into custom furniture. Instead of looking for animal sign I find myself looking for unique pieces of wood instead. After a recent
snomobile trip I found some fire killed trees that will make a great bedroom set. Boy I wished spring would hurry up and get here.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.
