Toy Construction #215: Hi Track Dozer It's time to make the blade

There’s some very interesting table saw set ups to get this done.You may have noticed two different woods being used but half way through I saw That I wanted walnut tips so cut out the maple and then glued on so walnut.I don’t back up very often but knew this would look ten times nicer. [I don’t have much walnut]I take just a half turn of the height adjustment at a time and even less on the last pass going very slowly to cut down on saw marks, that will needed to be sanded out. The bottom plywood is the base of my wheel making jig, so there’s table saw runners under that ply to help keep it from moving.Just one clamp holds it in place. ...
