Hooky, it is always an exciting time in the shop when we add a new tool but a new saw really gets the adrenaline pumping. This is a nice looking saw that you have added to your shop. I can understand your disappointment with having to wait on an electrician. I would have been ready to fire it up as soon as it was out of the shipping crate and assembled.

Is it true that being south of the equator the bade spins the opposite way? Kidding of course. Be sure to post a review once you get it running.

Purplev carbatech is a company in oz that sells woodworking equipment
the saw is Taiwanese made and i have seen it for sale under other brand names like tru pro
scott i cant print here what i said when i discovered the wiring
fortunately the electrician came today and wired it for me and it works well and quietly
cant wait to the weekend and play with it
unfortunately cutting wood will be put on hold as my wife and daughter want some bedroom cupboards which i will make out of melamine chip board
but it is there and it should last a life time so i will get to it soon i hope
