Hi everyone, here is another homeshop machining project, used for woodworking.

I’m doing a machining project, repairing my benchtop bandsaw, the factory belt cog wheel rotted out, and broke off the bottom blade wheel.

Its made from some kind of resin plastic.

I’m making a new one made from aluminum bar stock.
