Here is another version of a pie safe, built from a couple of pine shelf boards.
I tried to make it look weathered, antiqued.

And today I used up my last pine shelf board to build this, mirror frame.
It took around 4 hours to build, including making a quick throw away tapering jig, for my table saw to make the long tapers.

I will take these with two of my previous built serving trays, to an auction, and see how well they sell.
