Hello,

Yesterday evening I sprayed on a coat of polyurethane over the frame and top, then this morning I permanently screwed it together, into a completed project.

Thankyou Mike,

I have a few more projects I would like to do with 2×4’s, in a rustic style.

Have a great weekend…

Simply awesome!

Wish you lived next door so we could do one of these from my walnut stash.

Holy mackerel! How on earth did you some dimensional SPF into an heirloom piece?!?

I’ve been watching this one, and you have not disappointed. Excellent project, and a lovely table is the outcome!

Just linked over from the furniture thread and had to go through the entire build from start to finish. Interesting and well documented. 2×4’s never looked so good. Great idea and project, thanks for posting
