i love to create projects from the beautiful wood that God has blessed us with...tree's have a spirit i believe...and there signature's are left by all the beautiful things that wood workers make...grizzman

Thanks for the compliment.

As to me having a shorter beard maybe., but that picture was taken2 weeks ago. I challenge you to a whisker duel,(slap ). Tape rule to chin my whiskers are 3”, Whoop out yer ruler and lets compare.8)

just measured…..3 1/2….:)>>>...i really do love the all white..and i hope mine goes that way and not just gray…..im sure youve probably had yours for some time…i grew mine the day after i got out of the army in 1984…..shaved it maybe 4 or 5 times since…i diidnt last…lol…...so its here to stay…..nice havin ya aboard…you will find the talent here ia mamzing amoungst all the folks…lots of inspiration from all the projects…merry christmas…ill keep the flames low on the 24th…you do have a flame retardant suit these days huh…...lol….

Hello Grizzman,
Gary mentioned you to me and I thought I’d check you out. Looks like we are neighbors, sort of. I am in Livingston AL. I get what you mean about the trees having spirits. I have always believed that it is my responsibility as craftsman to reveal the beauty of God’s creation to anyone who will take the time to look. I love to watch the beauty in the wood slowly revealed as I work it from rough sawn to finished object.
