Serious hobbiest..2 tablesaws,2 shapers,10 routers--have a daytime job that interferes with my hobbies.
I do kitchens, entertainment centers, architectural millwork, built my house and still have odds and ends to do 5 years and counting.
Love period furniture-can't draw or carve.....yet.
I'm a chemist so finishing is fun to me, its similar but different than work.
Newest shop addition is a home built, aluminum frame CNC gantry router with a 30"x40" table. Learning curve is pretty steep, still learning CAD, CAM...and still dreaming of the 4'x8' bigger router but with kids in college thats on hold for a little while longer.

What a wonderful welcome, How’d you guys find me so fast?
I have to admit that I post elsewhere more and have been a lurker for a while here. I was truly inspired by dusty and cohorts stained glass memorial (I would have donated the winnings to the family).
Too many buttons and things to explore here on this site…and I’ve got projects to get done in the shop. Hopefully I’ll be able to do a better job than I have in the past sharing some stuff.
