I cut it 32 inch square and the  remainder of door I figured out the  cuts for the legs.The pipe clamps are holding the panels while glue is drying up ,I had to take it all apart and re glued and then shot 3/4 brad into the tongue and groove plus I had to cut some banding to hold it all  in place on edges .Legs are connected with pocket screws under side and also some L brackets. <br />Will be used as a coffee table 16-1/2 inches tall.<br />For Sale</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><img alt="Raised panels on tablesaw" src="http://lumberjocks.com/assets/pictures/projects/365537-196x130.jpg" /></p><p>Im sure most everyone has a router bit or cabinet bits to make these raised panels however I dont and really dont do many doors with raised panels.However Im figuring on a job for a kitchen cabinets and they have raised panels now but the kitchen is 30 yrs old so i might be giving the sled a workout.Bevel on this set up is 10 degrees but I will tilt the blade another 5 to 15  and it gets a better profile</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><img alt="wine and cheese hutch" src="http://lumberjocks.com/assets/pictures/projects/336515-196x130.jpg" /></p><p>This is a wine cabinet and dish hutch.It is Maple case with federal blue base coat and red pepper top coat.Using milk paint from general finishes.The red pepper was thinned down like ink and just use long brush strokes and when it dried the federal blue comes alive.Also took ice pick and punched holes all around top and sides to look like worm holes plus beat it up with a chain to really distress it. Still have to make doors for center and get glass,my glass company shut the doors so i have to shop for another source<br />This is a new customer that was referred from a customer of mine.</p>]]>

I had never seen one and she sent a picture of one that was just a box and little rocker. I said Mr Google start searching and this is a U-Bild it plan. I sent for plans and this is it until she brings the color stain she wants.It is all doweled together .Just hoping the dowels have enough strength using 1/2 inch.<br />Cradle is Alder dowels are poplar on account I dont do the lathe</p>]]>
