Got to many negatives from some of my friends onother web sites so I decided to take it one step further and cut radius over the cab,

Decided to start cleaning house so I can get inventory built up for early spring sale.

Another door comes to life. I cut it 32 inch square and the remainder of door I figured out the cuts for the legs.The pipe clamps are holding the panels while glue is drying up ,I had to take it all apart and re glued and then shot 3/4 brad into the tongue and groove plus I had to cut some banding to hold it all in place on edges .Legs are connected with pocket screws under side and also some L brackets.
Will be used as a coffee table 16-1/2 inches tall.

Came up with a design for night stand.
Used Oak and White Ash for the top along with Baltic birch drawer boxes.
Three coats Golden Oak on top and hand rubbed poly on Oak
Putting in inventory for annual furniture sale this spring

Month ago I posted pictures of this contracted wine rack and when owner accepted it she had not received all her wine from Italy but she now has it stocked and I wont tell u address haha

Im sure most everyone has a router bit or cabinet bits to make these raised panels however I dont and really dont do many doors with raised panels.However Im figuring on a job for a kitchen cabinets and they have raised panels now but the kitchen is 30 yrs old so i might be giving the sled a workout.Bevel on this set up is 10 degrees but I will tilt the blade another 5 to 15 and it gets a better profile

Funny thing happened this morning . I got out in shop and built a nice fire in stove came in for coffee and got back out there and drug out some barn wood, made some cuts,glued and screwed and came out with a hall bench.
Life is GOOD

This is another barnwood project,the lady that purchased the wine hutch wanted some place to hide the sneakers instead of tripping over them.I have lots more of that wood so i guess I will do some more rustic stuff

This table is some extra White Ash I had laying around gathering dust. So instead of burning it I thought a small table would do someone some good

Finally got over with camera to take picture of customers book case .It is all Maple ply case and shelves dado-ed in with Hard Maple face frame.Couple coats of Ipswich stain and two coats of satin finish lacquer.Next project for her is full suround fireplace mantel

This is one of the many 5 panel doors I have to come up with some one of a kind ideas to sell off.It looks like it could be in 30’s It has a lock system that was mortised in the door of course I did no get the hardware

The case is Maple and it measures 88×41x16 .The shelves are set back 3/4 inch from face frame which is hard maple 2-1/2” wide with biscuits in corners,shelves are dado in to sides and the edging is 1-1/2 wide .Yes the toe kick is on top on account I have to get it stained and then it will be on correct end of the world.

Owner of the furniture finaly picked out her stain so it is complete and ready for payday

This is a wine cabinet and dish hutch.It is Maple case with federal blue base coat and red pepper top coat.Using milk paint from general finishes.The red pepper was thinned down like ink and just use long brush strokes and when it dried the federal blue comes alive.Also took ice pick and punched holes all around top and sides to look like worm holes plus beat it up with a chain to really distress it. Still have to make doors for center and get glass,my glass company shut the doors so i have to shop for another source
This is a new customer that was referred from a customer of mine.

Got a new customer that wanted a cradle rocker. I had never seen one and she sent a picture of one that was just a box and little rocker. I said Mr Google start searching and this is a U-Bild it plan. I sent for plans and this is it until she brings the color stain she wants.It is all doweled together .Just hoping the dowels have enough strength using 1/2 inch.
Cradle is Alder dowels are poplar on account I dont do the lathe

This is to be used to store stretched and framed canvas for a artist friend. It is 1-1/2 ” alder and all pocket screwed with rubber shelf lining on shelf so the frames don’t slide

Had a drive by customer who lives about 60 miles away that decided to have me build a door for there refurbished 1904 Victorian home .Of course I had to say lets do it.

I just finished the night stand that matches the dresser, I have a interested party in both units.

Built from 3/4 Maple ply for case and edged with pine 1/4 inch,Have White Ash on drawer fronts and luann ply for back and drawer bottoms
Golden Oak to finish off and I will apply couple coats of wipe on poly in couple days
