I'm a counselor for treatment center working with young people dealing with substance abuse. Born & raised in St. Louis, MO, I've called Phoenix, AZ home since 1997. I've worked primarily in residential treatment settings, and over the years I've become pretty handy fixing stuff when it breaks. There's always events going on to provide a social outlet for our newly recovering young people (fun without mind-changing chemicals), keeping me busy building stages, haunted houses, etc., whatever we can dream up. I've developed quite a love of sawdust & an obsession for tools. While I'm still a novice woodworker, I hope to grow in knowledge & skill, and one day be worthy of the title "Lumberjock".
