Part 1: Initial design.
New old spaceThe screen porch was occupied previously by disgusting laundry equipment We cleaned out the space: Now the whole space is stripped, stained, and lacquered. I put a new HVAC vent in the floor. This it will fit into the baseboard but it does constrain the project somewhat. I have already purchased a nickel sink, water filter system, and faucet.
