I'm a woodworker and cabinetmaker by now but I started after my degree as a restorer. During the last 12 years I improved my knowledge of ancient tecniques from the inside the furniture. I had to learn general woodworking, turning, carving and inlayng. I'm always looking for new ways to learn and during the year I organize something that I could call the "woodworkers lunchs", appointments with other friends and woodworkers in which we do demonstrations and similar about tools, thecniques, food and wine.
My secret dream i travel around the world to discover, test and make documentaries about woodworking and other skilled tecniques involving brain and hands work.
i was born in 1970

Hello Giacomo,
Let me welcome to LJs. I am sure that you will find being a member of this group to be both a rewarding and an inspirational part of your woodworking adventure.

Welcome Giacomo,
I hope you’ll show us some of your fine work. I’ve seen some of it already but I think the rest of the folks here would enjoy it, too.
Ciao!
Dave

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless
