My wife Nancy and I built two houses from the ground up, while raising a family of two boys and working full time jobs. We both work for the US postal serviice. As you might expect after taking on the job of general contractor and builder I learned a lot about construction of the home inside and out. But my interest in woodworking came at a much later time. I'm now 54 years of age and in less than nine months I will be retiring from 30 years of working for the Cherry Hill post office.
At this point in my life I want to learn as much as I can about woodworking. I'm in the process of building my shop. And looking to purchase the necessary equipment to get started.
