I can tell you what this piece of work spammer is doing. He’s trying to cheat and use blackhat tactics to gain page rank. He does this on multple forums and blogs. It fools the major search engines into thinking he is a relevent popular website. This eventually gets caught on and buried by google. But they do get the pagerank for a little while. This is the fruit of the “Buy page rank from me” guys.
