nice set of planes but don’t you own a camera? love hearing about all your planing, but pictures make it more real. plus describing the parts of a jack plane without a picture seems weird for a blog entry. a finished project picture or two would help a lot.

Yes, I agree pictures are better. I never remember to bring my camera along with me to take pictures of my work. I am in the process of purchasing one to have just for that purpose. Thanks for the comment. Also, in the archives, I believe from May, there is a video of the bay window I spoke of in progress.
