Canada
This is where it all happens. My workshop doubles as a garage so all my tools are on wheels. Cant wait till the day when I have a dedicated workshop where I can have everything setup in a spot and it doesn’t move. Tools are as follows(that is if I can remember everything, lol)
General 350 cabinet saw
General international 6 inch long bed jointer
General international 14” bandsaw
Dewalt 12” sliding miter saw
Canwood pro 1hp dust collector(really want to upgrade this)
Dewalt 13” planer
General international drill press
General international variable speed maxi lathe
General international spindle sander
Homemade router table with milwaukee 3 1/2 hp router
Makita jigsaw
2 makita 12v drills
makita 14.4v drill
makita 18v drill and 18v impact
makita belt sander and orbital sander
makita circular saw
Portercable biscuit joiner
makita 4 1/2 angle grinder
bosch 2 1/4 hp router combo
Eagle 5 hp compressor
bostitch narrow crown, pin and finish nailers
portercable brad nailer
various dimar and cmt saw blades and lee valley router bits
and a ton of clamps, theres even more pipe clamps behind the tool box but you can never have enough of those right, lol. I know that I probably missed alot but thats close enough

What a nice shop space you have to work in!! I really like the way you have organized your shop, especially with the sanding center and the sawblade holder.
I tried to go the route that you are with trying to keep both a garage and a shop. My shop is in our walk out basement. I tried for the longest time to keep my truck in there as well but eventually gave up due to the constant tool shuffling. Now it just sits outside in the weather. And I would not even consider asking my wife to use part of the upper garage. I get yelled at enough for “tracking sawdust in the house” since my shop is adjacent to our finished basement.
You have some nice tools in there to play with as well.
Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed visiting your shop.

A great looking shop….that looks so so clean. I’m embarrassed to show mine to anybody…though there have been improvements….I still have to get the Jeep in and out in the winter so I can load my elderly mother inside out of the weather…but it’s the small garage shop that makes alot of great creations. You have a good shop.

“Nope, who’s chris from ‘wreck?”
If you were him, you’d know! <g> It’s another woodworking forum.
Nice looking shop you’ve got there.

Fabulous shop. I noticed you have the DeWalt 735 planer. I just bought one (still in the box) and would like to know what you think of it.

The dewalt planer is pretty good. I don’t like the knives on it because they tend to knick and dull really quickly. If you email dewalt and tell them how crappy the knives are they will probably send you a set for free. They did for me, haha. I am going to upgrade to a general 20” in the future but for now it does the job.
