My shop is anything but fancy, but several people have been interested in the Woodmaster that I special ordered and then modified to be a straightedge/gangrip saw. 10 hp 3 ph motor, 46 fpm, up to 10 blades. I have more pictures and details if anyone is interested. The overhead shot of the sawblades shows 4 blades on the left only 1/16”apart. The scrap from the straightedging process goes through these 4 blades and then out the cyclone so we don’t have to handle scraps. When I took this picture, I think it was set to cut 6 1/2” blanks. The 2 blades on the right are just slid out of the way because we didn’t have any 13” or wider boards for this job. Pic 2 – outfeed table. Pic 3 – saw and 2 Delta Versafeeders. The Versafeeders hold the board against the in and out feed fences. Pic4 – outfeed table. Pic5 – infeed side. Pic 6 – outfeed side. I have more pictures here. http://www.forestryforum.com/gallery/index.php?cat=16509

Hi David,

This is an interesting set-up that you have to work in. I have looked at Woodmaster’s equipment but could not justify them for my situation. It looks like you have plenty of space to work in as well.

If you have more pictures I would enjoy seeing them. Those of us, who are shop junkies, enjoy these visual tours.

Thanks for the post.

Please more pictures. I can’t really tell whats in the first to pics, they are small. A fork lift is a different idea for a woodworking tool.

I apologize for being slow. The first few days of the week are really busy (16 to 20 hour days). I will get more soon.
