About me...hmm. Well I am pretty new to 'fine' woodworking. I got my start as a kid building small projects with scraps and then moved to remodeling houses to pay for college. I have been at it since 2009, only a few projects thus far. The discovery of LJ web page has sent me into a frenzy, constantly thinking about a new project or design. I am a counselor who works in the field of chemical dependency (addictions). I'm really close to giving myself the label of addict...to woodworking of course. Speaking of work, out at our center, I just cut down a black walnut that has yielded several beautiful slabs and several logs that will soon be 5/4 material. Free wood is AWESOME. As you can see by reading ADD is not just my initials but a way of life. Shalom!
