Wooden Ageless Piquancy

....who lights the fire,
that burns from within,
to without,
of yonder tree….?

——and so it ‘just is’,
that on this morning of grace-full and many intended beginnings,
that the silence of my hearts breath is heard among the awakening of dawn,
till from out of the past i am encouraged to withhold from wood no-longer….

—-now i know that some would say ‘the way of wood’ is lost from view,
but i will continue to beg to differ with those who have strayed off path,
since these are those who in their latter years of sanities revenge,
come knocking on my door asking for one to show them the way….

—-can you save us from the errors of youth-soul-full,
may we yet be entertained to enter back to days of wooden ageless piquance,
when imagination ruled the skies of my horizon,
and my feet walked the way of pine needled forest evergreens….

....out here my heart re-joy-see’s,
as i kick my feet free from earth-bound leather,
while rustling up some hot water for my tea,
i fill my insides on the thank-full tastes of brought along ground cherries

Reflexions of Kudos....

Thank you.

” smart, work safe, and live, to work the wood….”

Thanks Frank! Looks like a large goblet, for some tea perhaps…
