D55146 Dewalt compressor, not a quality product, my opinion. - 13 replies I bought this compressor new about 14 months ago. I rely on my equipment to help me provide for my family. I needed a decent unit that was portable enough to take to the job site. When I first bought the unit it would build to 200 PSI quick. It appeared to be the perfect fit for my situation/budget. Well, this past December, both quick di... |

Thanks for advice on DW708 - 1 reply A recent posting I did asking questions about buying a DW718 closed out, I had mentioned I already own a DW708 I had purchased on CL. I had complaints about the DW708. The DW708 would cut the wood and leave a “S” curve in the cut. It was so inaccurate I knew I could not rely on it as a trim saw. It was mentioned to me that the bl... |

advice on DW718 12" sliding miter saw - 15 replies Lowes is offering this saw for 379.00 at this time. I might even be able to get a coupon for 10%. So for 350.00 it seems a great deal. I bought a used DW708 12” sliding miter saw off CL last June and I hate the saw. It is extremely in accurate but I think it is due to possible previous abuse by other owner. The DW708 has the sliding b... |
