I just got a new Rousseau saw stand for my DW745 table saw, it made my saw awesome, the fence is a t square fence made of steel and I would like to add a sacrifical face to it, can anyone help me out with this? any body got any pics of ideas?

My shop is 20×25 with 8 foot celings and a concerete floor. I want to finish out the inside walls and celing. I also want to add a wood floor. What would you guys use for the insulation in the walls and celing, what would you use for the celing and walls, sheet roc, osb, plywood.. etc….

How long will a honing guide last? I have the Veritas MK.II and my theory is that if i use it on the stone to hone with the guide wheel will begin to wear leaving me with mystery angles? Is this just to much thought or what?
