no previous part Part 1 of Cookbook Stand series Part 2: Main Body of Stand »

One day I realized that my wife didn’t have a cookbook stand and I figured that they would not be that hard to make , so I looked online and I found this :

I varied the dimensions a little bit because I wanted something a little wider and that it could hold a cookbook as well as a Ipad.

Materials: # 1. Pine Board: W 9 1/4” x Length 14” x 3/4” Thickness (I bought a 4’ length of pine board at my local big box store) Main body of stand

#2.:- 2 1/”2 x 1/2” strip for the lip

#3. 2 1/2” x 3/8” for the stand at the back
