Duplicating a Nightstand #1: Duplicating a nightstand
A friend asked me a while back to duplicate a night stand that her dad had made for her along with a bedroom set back in 1951 in high school wood shop. I gave it a look and thought it would be fun.. Her Dad did a mighty fine job of using dado joinery. It’s going to be interesting to try to match up the staining. Finished the project with General Finishes Semi Gloss.. I think I got pretty close to the color thanks to my wife who has a good eye for these things.. I’m pretty happy with the results and so is my friend.. What is your opinion? The image and text are reversed. Haven’t quite figured out this site yet.
