Well today marks a major milestone for me. I just got back from mailing out my first sale to an Art Gallery out of state. As you all has seen, I put pictures of my burnings on the internet and was surprised by an e-mail about a week ago from an Art Gallery wanting two of my Burnings. She said she had a gentleman wanting a couple of them. I sure hope this is the start of something. I am still looking for new pictures to burn on your boxws, any projects you may have.
I am looking for a new wood supplier for new burns. I have been useing luan and any thing I can find. I would like to find someone around here or close that I could get some wood for future pictures.

Congrats Jim!

Selling to an out of state art gallery is quite a prestigious thing. I hope that selling like this will continue for you.

Congratulations! I love stories like that where someone displays their work in a public format and gets “discovered.” I am happy for you.

You do beautiful and amazing work. I’m not surprised that someone wanted to buy some. I think more sales are coming.
