Hello all lovers of wood.I grew up in Fort Smith,Ar.I am 65yrs. old and retired for several yrs. now.My son,Greg Mitchell is a Lumber Jock.I moved to nw Ar. in 1963.I also have a daughter in Wash st.My wife is a retired LPN from the veterans Hospital.I worked on,repaired&rewound more electric motors than I care to remember in my life,and just about everything else than is run off electic,ac or dc.I recently purchaced a wood lathe and really enjoy working on it.My first love is bowls.I made my first one in 1960 in high school out of walnut and it turned out very nice.Enough about me.I think I am going to really like this site very much.Good luck &God Bless each of you.LWM.
