progress is slow but i’m happy with how things are turning out. slowly but surely is the saying i think whereas haste makes waste and truthfully i’m discovering that(i destroyed a few pieces of boards already). anyway here it is..progress

Beautiful. Isn’t it wonderful working with mahogany? I always thought it machined quite nicely, although now that I have a sharp blade and good fence maple and cherry are fun to work with too. :-)

i agree that it machines well with sharp blades but seems to ding very easily, almost seems that you have to baby it(like poplar). but it looks good though
