Location: Leander, TX

I am 64 years old and live in a cabin in the hills of Central Texas with my wife Judy, two cats and 7 fish. We also have a pair of foxes just down the hill and deer that come to the water barrel. I restarted woodworking about 10 years ago but could not afford new tools so I have been reconditioning old tools. This has been a lot of fun and very rewarding.
Currently building boxes to build my skills and test my tools. Most of the old tools have come from estate sales and garage sales. A friend is a machinist who helps me with anything we must make, redoing a table top drill press right now.
Other interest are Ham Radio, I volunteer with Austin Disaster Relief Network and am active in our church, HighPoint Fellowship. In addition to that I am secretary to the North Shore Firewise Community, national recognition on May 20, 2012.
