Delta Homecraft Saw

My vintage Delta Homecraft table saw is back from repair, and it runs great! The bearings on the arbor were OK, it just needed some tuning (truing?) on the lathe at the blade mount side. It cuts great and square even with the construction quality blade it came with. Now I need to find a good 8” blade for crosscutting…think Freud and Forrest make some good ones in that size. I will use it as a dedicated cross cut saw as the original fence was marginal to begin with. I will be building in a new sled, or perhaps modify the Incra sled I got at a garage sale for $75. The steel runners of the Incra sled won’t do my aluminum top Bosch 4000 any favors, but should work great...
