I set everything up per the instructions, put some scrap wood in and after three attemps the two pieces now will fit togather with a little to much space just a few minor adjustments and I will have this figured out. Thank you to everyone for taking the time to read and post advise, you all helped give me the confidence to go ahead and give it a shot. At this point I am thrilled and headed back to the shop after supper to play some more.

That is great. You learn pretty fast.

We are here to help each other. No one is 100% perfect right. When I was new to working with router, I learnt a lot from Fine Woodworking Knots members, DIY Banter forum members, Wood Magazines Writers and many more. I asked questions a lot. They are very helpful. In fact I used to seek many technical infomations direct from ww stores technical staff like MLCS, LeeValley, Woodpecker, Woodcraft. They are very cooperative & helpful especially those US based stores. In my own country the culture is a bit different, I think you know what I mean.

Ok Gary, wish you good luck with your attempt, take care and work safely.
