3 HP wiring for my dust collector and starting surge - 7 replies

Changed the setup for my shop and moved the dust collector. I have a 3HP Transpower single stage unit. Being that it is 3HP it is wired to a 220volt 30AMP circuit. First real post, Have a 5ton AC blower motor for a dust filter system, free in the DFW area - 4 replies

Just wanted to put this out there. I got a 5 ton AC system blower motor from Tom’s Mechanical a couple of months ago. I was going to build a dust filter system. 2 weeks later I found a RBI system on Craigslist that was really cheap. I got that one and now have the blower motor sitting on a shelf in the shop. If anyone wants it let me know....
