Boxes #1: Small Canary Wood Box

no previous part Part 1 of Boxes series no next part

Built a small box. Sanded. Ready for finishing. Also need to make a tray insert. Simple design. Lid nests in place witha nice close fit. Will post more when done.

Thanks! Just put on the first coat of Linseed oil.. so a couple more pics.

Nice box with clean lines. The boiled linseed oil really brings out the beauty of the wood.

That wood is beautiful!!!!! I am seeing wood that I have never heard of. The box is great and I like the simple clean lines that really show the wood.
