Talk about stressful..this is the biggest thing I have ever finished and its for my wife, so it has to be perfect…hehe

here is a before…

This is a picture of the assembled top molding

Here are several case pictures after staining.

Like I said, I was nervous about this because it is the biggest thing I have done so far. I used bartley’s gel stain in the shade of Honey. I still have to put the top coat on which I am making my own wiping varnish using Polyurethane and naptha(I am going to leave the BLO out).

-- If you can't build it, code it. If you can't code it, build it. But always ALWAYS take a picture.
