Well, I am making some modifications to the original crown moulding profile for the case. I dont have all the bits, and my wood is all thicknessed to 3/4 and I dont have the time(only 5 more days till XMAS!!!!) to get it done. So I am modifying it to use what I have. This is what I am looking at doing.

Built up Crown Moulding

Ill try and post some actual photos today later too.

Looks great.

Good luck on getting it finished.

Good idea. This profile looks pretty good. Once wood is finished it is a good idea to start working on it as soon as possible. Besides you are under a time constraint with this piece. :)
