I am in NJ and looking for someone local who may be able to router “rough-sawn balusters” (typically found on front porches of Victorian homes). I’ve already contacted people with CNC machines, but it is a very expensive process to use those machines. So now I’m wondering if anyone has a computerized router that could do the same type of work and be less expensive. I am aware they can be done on a scroll saw or manually with a basic router – but that would be too time consuming and each would have minor variations and they would not be exactly the same. Any suggestions? Thank you.
